Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Menastk. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions herein in accordance with the country from which you access the service.
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
- 1By using the Menastk website and platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy published on the site.
- 2If you do not agree to any provision, you must discontinue using the service.
- 3Terms may be updated from time to time in accordance with technical improvements or legal requirements.
- 4The version published on this page takes effect on the last updated date, and additional notice may be provided for material changes.
- 5Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the latest version to the extent permitted by law.
2. User Accounts
- 1Teacher accounts are intended for adults. Student accounts may be created via teacher links/domains or enrollment codes.
- 2You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for safeguarding your password and login credentials.
- 3Sharing accounts, impersonating others, or attempting unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
- 4The platform reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or security threats.
- 5Teachers are responsible for managing students and content within their subdomains in compliance with applicable laws.
- 6A phone number you provide may be used to verify your account through a WhatsApp verification message or email, depending on the available method.
- 7When signing in via Google, Google terms and policies also apply to authentication services provided by Google.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
- 1Content creators (teachers/owners) retain all intellectual property rights to their uploaded materials.
- 2By uploading content, you grant the platform a technical, non-exclusive license to host and display it to authorized students only.
- 3Copying, republishing, or selling content outside authorized use without the rights-holder consent is prohibited.
- 4You must hold lawful rights to any materials uploaded (text, images, videos, documents).
- 5Upon reports of clear intellectual property infringement or unlawful content, the platform reserves the right to suspend access or remove content.
- 6Teachers remain responsible for obtaining all necessary consents to process student data and publish their materials or images where applicable.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- 1The current subscription structure consists of 5 plans: FREE, BASIC, PRO, ELITE, and VIP.
- 2The FREE plan is a one-time 7-day trial starting upon the eligible teacher first login after account approval.
- 3Paid plans operate on monthly cycles without automated recurring charges; a new request or renewal must be submitted as needed.
- 4The platform does not process in-app credit card payments currently. Teachers submit their payment method and reference for administrative review and approval.
- 5Submitting a payment reference does not constitute approval or service activation prior to administrative confirmation.
- 6Available payment methods may include bank transfers, digital wallets, or other options announced at request time, varying by country.
- 7Paid addons for storage, student capacity, or live sessions may be offered; billing frequency and pricing are presented prior to submission.
- 8A student is counted once during a billing cycle upon first qualifying use of learning services; creating an account or enrolling alone does not use this active-student allowance. The applicable plan capacity is shown on the subscription page.
- 9The system currently enforces no separate numeric cap on the total number of registered student accounts. If a separate cap is introduced, it will be shown on the plan page before it applies.
- 10A grace period of up to 3 days is provided for paid plans after cycle expiry unless otherwise specified.
- 11Prices, plan limits, and features on the plans page or dashboard at request submission are the governing commercial reference.
- 12No feature is considered commercially included unless presented within the selected plan in the UI at request time.
- 13Cancellation or payment review requests may be made via support. Automatic refunds are not provided; requests are reviewed individually.
5. Live Streaming & Addon Services
- 1Live streaming is an addon service separate from the core platform subscription, subject to concurrent user capacity and allocated hours.
- 2Sessions may be disrupted or quality impacted by factors outside our control such as internet speed, participant devices, or third-party infrastructure.
- 3Streaming usage, attendance, and session durations are recorded for operational and billing enforcement purposes.
- 4Live sessions may not be used to record or publish unauthorized content or personal data without lawful permission.
6. AI Assistant
- 1Use of the AI quiz assistant and audio transcription is subject to daily quotas based on your subscription plan and operational safeguards.
- 2Teachers are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated questions and content for scientific and linguistic accuracy prior to publication.
- 3The assistant is strictly intended for educational quiz authoring; abusive automation or prohibited content generation is forbidden.
- 4By recording or uploading audio for transcription, you acknowledge that it may be sent to Google Gemini or Groq depending on provider availability and the service fallback path; you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions before recording another person.
- 5Assistant requests may be processed by Google Gemini, Groq, or OpenRouter depending on model availability and service configuration, and may be affected by provider limits or temporary outages.
- 6Sensitive personal data of students or confidential records must not be entered into the assistant.
7. Points & Leaderboards
- 1The platform may record lesson and quiz completion, points, and learning streaks to provide student progress and motivation features.
- 2Student participation in leaderboards is optional. When enabled, the student's chosen nickname and necessary ranking information are displayed, not their real name, email address, or profile photo.
- 3Points, badges, and learning streaks are educational platform features; they are not monetary balances or entitlements to cash prizes.
8. Acceptable Use
- 1The platform must be used exclusively for lawful educational purposes without infringing upon the rights of others.
- 2Fraudulent use, harassment, system hacking, or service disruption is strictly prohibited.
- 3Scraping other users data, unauthorized tracking, or bypassing access controls is not permitted.
- 4Operational safeguards (rate limiting, authentication, audit logs) are enforced; deliberate circumvention triggers immediate suspension.
- 5Uploading malware, privacy-violating content, or material inciting violence or unlawful activities is banned.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- 1The service is provided on an as-available technical basis, striving for continuous improvement without absolute uptime guarantees.
- 2The platform is not responsible for teacher content or scientific accuracy; liability rests with the publishing entity.
- 3The service entails no guaranteed educational grade outcome or commercial growth guarantee for teachers.
- 4Statutory liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, preserving mandatory consumer protection rights.
- 5Temporary links, video encryption, and watermarks mitigate unauthorized use but do not guarantee complete prevention of screen recording.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
- 1Eligible users may request account deletion from account settings after satisfying verification steps.
- 2Account deletion disables access and active sessions; limited billing, security, dispute, and backup records may be retained as legally required.
- 3The platform may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, posing security threats, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- 4Upon subscription or account expiration, access to paid features and hosted content may cease; teachers must retain independent copies of their materials.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- 1The platform is operated from Egypt and the relationship is governed primarily by Egyptian law, unless mandatory local laws apply abroad.
- 2For international users, mandatory consumer protection and data protection rights in their respective countries are respected where applicable.
- 3Disputes should first be addressed amicably through our support team before formal legal avenues.
- 4Failure to exercise any right at a specific time does not constitute a permanent waiver thereof.
